Gandy-Sun Bay South is a South Tampa neighborhood on the Interbay Peninsula, inside the City of Tampa. The city spells it Gandy/Sun Bay South and lists its borders as Gandy Boulevard to the north, Tampa Bay to the west, S. MacDill Avenue to the east, and Interbay Boulevard, Everett Avenue and Manhattan Avenue to the south. Most locals simply call it South of Gandy. It is close to MacDill Air Force Base, the Gandy Bridge and the rest of South Tampa.

This is one of the fastest-changing parts of Tampa. Older one-story homes sit next to new townhomes, and the Westshore Marina District has brought waterfront apartments, townhomes and shops near the Gandy Bridge.
