Cheval is a private gated neighborhood built around two golf courses, and Heritage Harbor is a golf community off Lutz-Lake Fern Road. Places like Avendale and Oak Reserve have lots of an acre or more. Calusa Trace mixes condos and single-family homes. Each one changes how we plan the day, from gate passes to long walks from the truck to the front door.
Big lots and gated streets mean a little extra planning. We ask for gate codes ahead of time, check if your HOA limits truck parking or move hours, and bring extra pads and floor runners for long carries.
